🏠 Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order.

  • If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 12 hours at birkenheadpuz@gmail.com or call 815-728-2255.

  • Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

🛃 International Customs & Taxes (DDU)

For international orders outside the United States, items may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or VAT levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our item prices or shipping costs.

❓ Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost or Unclaimed Packages: Lumora™ is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing. We recommend checking with neighbors, family members, or your local post office prior to contacting us.
